Mr. Muscato is a dedicated attorney from Western New York, who co-founded Muscato & Shatkin LLP in 2005. He is a graduate of SUNY College at Fredonia and Syracuse University. He was admitted to practice law in the state of New York and the United States District Courts, Western District of New York, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association, and New York State Defenders Association.

Mr. Muscato began his legal career in service to the public working in the office of the Erie County District Attorney. After building a solid foundation on the side of the prosecution, he determined to expand his legal capacity and launched a law firm focused on criminal defense and family law. Over the next decade Mr. Muscato worked to bring justice to clients across many areas of law. Partnering in 2005 with Marc Shatkin, Muscato & Shatkin LLP practice grew to offer legal assistance across Western New York. The practice now serves all of New York State.
