Paralegal

Jennifer Stempniak is a paralegal at Muscato & Shatkin LLP. She joined the firm in May of 2018, bringing with her over 13 years of legal experience. She assists attorneys Joseph Muscato and Marc Shatkin in personal injury cases, criminal cases, family/matrimonial cases and real estate closings. Ms. Stempniak’s responsibilities include client contact, case management, ordering medical records and preparation of pleadings.
